About This Course

Welcome to the MOOC “Shaping UNIC Cities: Sustainable Transformation in the Post-Industrial Era”, a joint teaching project co-created by staff researchers and academics from all UNIC Universities. By enrolling to this course, you will be introduced to the opportunities of the UNIC alliance and the challenges that post-industrial cities are facing in Europe. The MOOC will eventually cover four topics organized in four modules : Industrial Cities, Post-industrial transformations and Emerging Future Challenges , Post-industrial cities, Migration and transnational connections, Sociocultural Dynamics : Education, Language and Health, Sustainable Urban Governance : Evidence and Participation. The MOOC is meant to be included in the various teaching activities offered by UNIC and to be appropriated by UNIC teachers and students.
